Eight scouted road & gravel cycling routes averaging 83 km ↑ 610 m elevation, with accommodation details, points of interest, and a detailed description
Full tarmac with some gravel fun — and every gravel route has an asphalt alternative, so you decide
First, you ride to Vršac and stay there for 3 nights, while riding gravel routes around: to Vršac mountains, to Deliblato desert (yeah an actual desert), and to Veliko Grdište where we suggest you stay at the Silver lake.
Then, the road leads you to Donji Milanovac, a town at a river bay, from where there are two climbs/descends to the Miroč mountain: tarmac and gravel.
Stay overnight in the town, and then ride back — to Golubac, which is a town on a scenic floodplain of Danube river. Sunsets are stunning there, but when we visited for the first of our two tours, we have seen polar lights! Golubac fortress is a prominent tourist attraction.
Finally, ride to Smederevo, where you’ll find not just another medieval fortress, but an outstandingly big one — and then back to Belgrade on either tarmac or gravel.

We suggest a gravel bike with not-too-slow tyres (you could ask in our chat) or a road bike with disc brakes. Those who went to our tour with rim brakes had to turn around a couple of times — but otherwise the gravel sections are tame.
We have rental bicycles in Belgrade, from where you can start this tour.
If you’ve ever ridden 100+ kilometers a day, you should be fine. The routes are shorter than that on average. It is possible to have a rest day in Veliko Gradište where there is a lake suitable for swimming and the tourist infrastructure.
There is an international airport in Belgrade. The information on airport transfers is provided in the full tour info. As always, the Plus members should not worry about where to store their bike boxes — we’ll sort in out.

RULE #1 // Use a Proper bike.
Well, use whatever bike & gear, but if one crashes while riding an improper bike or without a properly fitting helmet, we will presume his or her sole responsibility — for both potential injuries and material damage — even if the crash was accidentally caused by another group member. There is a reason.
RULE #2 // Proper are Road & Gravel bikes.
Improper bikes for riding in a group are:
• time-trial or triathlon bikes, or bikes with attached aerobars,
• flat-bar or other bikes with wide handlebars,
• fixed-gear bikes without at least a front brake,
• bikes with potential or actual significant malfunctions.
RULE #3 // All your picture are belong to us.
People make photos & videos during our events and we will use them in any way your imaginary lawyer could imagine — but mostly in our Instagram — for which you grant us your irrevocable consent if you happen to be there. Club members have the right of access to all said images.
RULE #4 // You accept the Disclaimer.
All the rides are organised by Baranchikov & Partners Ltd, a legal entity that you can sue if anything makes you unhappy. Alexander Baranchikov, the sole proprietor of said entity, will do his best to make you happy, but accepts no personal legal responsibility for that.

If you come to our rides, you accept The Rules. And to enjoy any group ride you should also know the tips.
