Timing
If you work under the Serbian public holiday schedule, you’ll only need to take two days off.

Coming from the EU, you’ll need four. In any case you’ll have one or two days before work to rest after our adventure.
The easy course starts and ends with an hour train commute from/to Belgrade — and the rest is cycling.

- Fix the price before it goes upThe cost will somewhat increase after either group reaches 12 people, as we’ll need more ride-leaders to split and ride safely. To fix the price and guarantee your slot, it’s enough to make a prepayment of 95 €. Full payment is due before 14 April. (Upd: has already increased for the long route.)
Accommodation
Here are the photos of every hotel we’ll be staying in. Breakfasts are included. Later in the day we eat at cafes (at own expense).

There’re 24 slots in every group — and the crowd is cool. We’re discussing preparation in special chat, so don’t miss out — submit now.
Both groups in Sarajevo? Yep, there’ll be up to 48 of us in one hotel. That’s a party!

RULE #1 // Ride whatever bike & gear, but if one crashes while riding an improper bike or without a properly fitting helmet, we will presume his or her sole responsibility — for both potential injuries and material damage — even if the crash was accidentally caused by another group member.
RULE #2 // Improper bikes for riding in a group are:
• time-trial or triathlon bikes, or bikes with attached aerobars,
• flat-bar or other bikes with wide handlebars,
• fixed-gear bikes without at least a front brake,
• bikes with potential or actual significant malfunctions.
RULE #3 // Photos & videos are made during our events and we will use them in any way your imaginary lawyer could imagine — but mostly in our Instagram — for which you grant us your irrevocable consent if you happen to be there. Club members have the right of access to all said images.
RULE #4 // All the rides are organised by Baranchikov & Partners Ltd, a legal entity that you can sue if anything makes you unhappy. Alexander Baranchikov, the sole proprietor of said entity, will do his best to make you happy, but accepts no personal legal responsibility for that.

380 € fee includes:
• 6 night stays in selected quality hotels with breakfasts
• 6 days of scouted routes & a ride-leader per 11 riders max
• organisers’ support in group chat for anything preparation
• storage of your bike case/box in Belgrade city centre

Confirmation, payment and cancellation:
• after you’ve submitted, we will confirm if a slot is available
• you’ll have 7 days to prepay 25 % (95 €) to secure the slot

• food, except for the 6 breakfasts in the selected hotels
• flight tickets, trains, taxis, or other transport in and out
• Serbian/Bosnian visas, medical insurance, bike service
• after you’ve submitted, we will confirm if a slot is available
• you’ll have 7 days to prepay 25 % (95 €) to secure the slot
