F4F Paphos Road Camp

Cyprus • 17–23 September • easier rides this year
5 riding days • 50 km a day • 1250 m of climbing
Last year, the Founders 4 Founders community surprised us — not just sharp minds, but real physical resilience and mental strength.
This year, we’ve designed the camp to challenge those who seek it, while now it is more accessible for those who don’t live on the bike.
No Schengen? Cyprus is an easy visa win. September brings perfect conditions — swimmable seas, warm-not-hot riding, barely any rain. Even our Limassol guide admitted riding in Paphos is better — and we’ve got a local guide there too.
We’re meeting in Cyprus on 17 September. If you arrive at Paphos Airport, we’ll meet you with a support car and drive you to the resort where the camp is based (about 30 minutes). Otherwise, we’ll help arrange a transfer.
The camp is designed to suit all levels of riders — and even non-riders, as explained below. Those who ride will enjoy five days of cycling, though each day is optional — you can skip any if you’re tired, need to work, or want to cross-train.
I’ve mapped 10+ intertwined routes so stronger and more casual riders can follow different route options while regrouping at key points. Our cycling guides will make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable.

We’ll stay at a premium golf resort — similar vibes to Luštica Bay last year.
There’s plenty on offer: multiple pools, a sauna & spa, great dining, and more.
We’ll cover meal bills and settle later via an expense-tracking app.
